The analysis
What do I get?
A full report on one race: splits and pacing, start and underwater, stroke rate and distance per stroke, turns, World Aquatics points and segment grades, and an AI race report on what to work on next. You can download any report as a PDF.
Who analyzes the race?
A person. Our analysts time every start, breakout, stroke and turn by hand, frame by frame. The AI race report is then written from those measurements.
How long does it take?
Usually within 48 hours of upload. You get a notification when the report is ready.
Which races can you analyze?
50, 100 and 200 races in freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly and IM, in long course, short course and yards. Scoring and the AI race report are included where we hold reference times for your event, pool and age group.
What video do I need?
A steady phone video from the stands works. Keep the swimmer in frame for the whole race, from a spot where the start, turns and finish are visible. MP4 or MOV, at least 720p, under 4 minutes, up to 1.5 GB.
What if my video can't be used?
We may reject it if the quality, the angle or the file doesn't allow an accurate analysis. The analysis is refunded automatically, so a rejected video costs you nothing.
Pricing
What does an analysis cost?
One analysis per race, whatever the event. Buy them one at a time or in packs, which cost less per race. There is no subscription.

When is an analysis used?
When you upload the race. If the video is rejected, the analysis is refunded automatically.
Do analyses expire?
They're valid for 12 months from your latest purchase, and every purchase extends your whole balance. After 12 months without a purchase, the balance is frozen, not deleted: your next purchase unfreezes it.
Can I get a refund?
Within 14 days of a purchase you can ask for a refund of its unused analyses; any you've used are charged at the single-analysis price.
Your video
Who sees my video?
Only the analysts working on your report. It's never shown publicly or shared with other users or teams.
What happens to it afterwards?
It's deleted 14 days after your race is analyzed or rejected. A video still waiting after 30 days is rejected, refunded and deleted. There's no video player in the app: what you keep is the report.
Teams
How do teams work?
A team owner sets up the club, splits it into squads and assigns coaches to them. A coach sees only the swimmers in their squads; the owner sees everyone.
When a coach uploads my race, whose analysis is used?
Yours. If the video is rejected, the analysis goes back to you.
Can coaches buy analyses?
No. The team owner buys packs for the club and shares them out to squads; coaches pass their squad's share on to swimmers.
Who sees my analyses if I'm in a team?
Your team owner and your squad's coaches.
Can a club buy in its own name?
Not on the platform: accounts and purchases are personal. If your club wants to buy in its own name, with invoices to the club, contact us and we'll set up a separate agreement.
Accounts
Can swimmers under 18 sign up?
Yes, through a parent or legal guardian who creates and manages the account. Swimmers must turn 10 or older this calendar year.
